Designed for demanding sail trimming, this dual-sheave adjustable genoa lead car combines recirculating Torlon® ball bearings with stainless steel carriers that pivot 60°. The wide sheaves hold two sheets, and high-performance roller bearings manage radial loads while sideload balls take care of thrust loads. Car-mounted, sleeve-bearing control blocks provide robust durability. Compatible with all Harken end controls, with optional kits for upgrades up to 4:1.
